At Pokedrift, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable digital products.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Products marked as final sale.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Pokedrift will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
